Baby League Inauguration
The Baby Leagues are a fantastic initiative by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to ensure more and more kids take up the sport at a really young age. The format features five-a-side and six-a-side matches with a minimum of 14 games guaranteed per player at the grassroots level.
This is a crucial platform designed to identify emerging Indian football talent from across the country at the youngest age levels, feeding into the national development pipeline.
City League Championship
A major youth league event featuring 16+ teams from across Chennai, competing across three age categories — Under 8, Under 10, and Under 12. Approximately 240 children take part in 168 competitive matches throughout the season.
All participating players receive certificates of participation, while winners and runners-up are awarded trophies in recognition of their hard work and dedication on the pitch.
